About Fyfer Incorporated

Background

Fyfer incorporated was founded on 1 August 2001 by the initial two directors of the firm, being Hugo and Annette Fyfer. Both are senior practitioners and admitted to the Side Bar in 1975 and 1976 respectively.

The current directors of the firm are Annette Fyfer and Liesl Clark, who joined the firm in 2005 and Dayne Clark, who recently became part of the professional team. Hugo Fyfer is currently still a consultant to the firm.

The directors are thoroughly experienced in those fields of law in which they chose to specialise. The firm now consists of 4 qualified attorneys, 1 article clerk and a number of paralegals, secretaries and support staff.

Our Vision

We are convinced that dynamic smaller legal firms can provide higher quality specialised service to their clients in selected fields of law. The prime objective of our firm is to render personalised service in a cost effective way in those fields in which the directors and the employees of the firm have had specialist education coupled with practical experience and exposure.

While not averse to growth and expansion, which is a natural sequel of an expanding client base, it remains the vision of the firm regardless of its size the services provided by it must always:

  • remain personalised
  • be of the highest ethical and professional standards,
  • be most cost effective to its clients

to meet the varied demands of a broad spectrum of clients in modern multi-cultural South Africa, and to provide tailor-made solutions to the problems encountered by them in their business activities.
